I have been with Abney & Baker for just over a year, and I have loved every moment! The management are all very approachable and very supportive always on hand when they are needed.

I look forward to going to work instead of dreading it, overtime is never forced and they never expect you to justify why. I feel so privileged to be able to give Person centred Care to the best I can without feeling I have to rush around. I have learnt so much being out and about in the community! Work with fantastic team, what more could I ask for in a job. I look forward to continuing my journey with Abney & Baker.

The managers here really do care about you as an individual, it's amazing. I've worked in the community on-off for 45 years in nursing homes and hospitals, but I want to stay working here for as long as possible even after retiring! It's brilliant! You can 100% focus on the care you're providing.
