Team testimonials
I’m absolutely blown away by how incredible the staff team is! Everyone is so welcoming, joyful and proud of the work they do; you can’t help but fall in love with the job. In depth training and shadow shifts to help you feel confident in the care you give as well as ensure the comfort of the clients.
I have worked with the company for a year and a half and I couldn’t ask to work with a better team. It’s so nice to see that a client is the number one priority and the care given is impeccable.
I love the job it is completely what I had hoped it would be. I’m making a difference to lives every day.
I’m new to care work, but confident, due to the high-quality training. It’s a pleasure to go to work, and a privilege to know I’ve made a difference to our clients lives.
I’ve got a brilliant balance between life and work now which I never had before and that’s so important to me with three kids to think about as well.
It feels like one big family, they’ve got my back and are only a phone call away.
The managers here really do care about you as an individual, it’s amazing. I’ve worked in the community on-off for 45 years in nursing homes and hospitals, but I want to stay working here for as long as possible even after retiring! It’s brilliant! You can 100% focus on the care you’re providing.
We receive in depth training and go on shadow shifts which help you feel confident in the care you give as well as ensure the comfort of our clients.
