So much so that this year they launched The Fairer Care Company – the recruitment arm of Abney & Baker which focuses solely on making life better for the care team. Since the very first day of **Abney & Baker**, when we signed up with the Living Wage Foundation before we’d even hired a single team member, we’ve set out to improve the pay and employment experience of care workers.
Every year since, we have tried to find ways to build on this and provide better pay and terms as well as a better employment experience.
